When discussing Green Lettuce, one should note that this name actually refers to four distinct varieties, including Romaine, Butterhead, Loose-leaf, and Crisphead varieties, whose leaves vary in shape, texture, and strength of their taste. The similarity between these varieties lies in their fresh crunchy character, delicate taste, and beautiful green color.
