Shipping & Refund Policy


 

  1. Shipping and Delivery 

  • Delivery Areas: Nuva Nutrition currently oers delivery services only in select geographies within India. Please check our website or contact customer service to conrm if delivery is available in your area. 

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2448 working hours of receiving the order. If some ordered items are not in stock, we will inform you and dispatch them within 10 working days. 

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders within India typically reach you within 25 business days. Delivery times may vary due to delays beyond our control, such as weather or strikes. Our courier partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM (excluding public holidays and Sundays). 

  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping will apply only if specied during promotional campaigns. Otherwise, charges may apply based on order value and location. These will be shown at checkout. 

  • Packaging: All products are packed to maintain freshness and quality. Orders are sealed and discreet. 

  • Tracking: You'll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order is dispatched. For more support, you can contact customer support. 

  • Refusal of Delivery: If your package looks tampered, opened, or damaged, kindly refuse delivery. Take photos and contact our customer care team immediately. 

 

        Important Updates: 

  • Unsuccessful Delivery + Nuva Credit Refund: If you're unavailable during your selected delivery slot, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, the same amount will either be refunded to your Nuva Credit or you can choose the next available slot for delivery of the same order. 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): This option is only available for orders above 1000. Orders below this threshold must be prepaid. 

 

  1. Customer Responsibilities 

  • Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery addresses and contact information. Any delays or issues arising from incorrect information will be the customer's responsibility. 

  • Unattended Delivery: If the customer is not available to receive the order, they should make arrangements for a neighbor or another designated person to receive it on their behalf. Please ensure the designated person is aware of the delivery and is authorized to accept it. 

 

  1. Return and Refund Policy

    Nuva
    Nutrition is committed to quality and freshness. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless outlined below:
     

  • No Returns: Conrmed orders cannot be returned or refunded, unless covered under the eligible scenarios listed below. 

 

       Refund Eligibility & Reporting Issues: 

  • Damaged Product: Report within 24 hours of delivery. Email us with your order number, invoice image, 1 outer box image, 2 images of the damaged product, and an unboxing video. Only the aected product will be replaced. 

  • Missing Product: Report within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, invoice image, outer box image, and unboxing video. Missing items will be resent - refunds are not issued for this. 

  • Spoiled Product: Notify us within 24 hours with order number, packaging date, and clear images/video. We do not refund for natural variation in color, texture, or aroma. After review, replacements will be issued where applicable. 

  • Incorrect Product: Notify us within 24 hours with images. We'll investigate and either replace the item or credit the amount to your Nuva Credit. 

  • Short Shipment: Refunds for missing items will be added to your Nuva Credit. 

  • Refund Process: After verifying the claim, refunds are processed within 710 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be given as store credit or via bank transfer. For online payments, refunds may go back to your Nuva Credit or original payment method. 

 

  1. Cancellation Policy Strictly Enforced 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and processed. 

  • Exception: If you've mistakenly ordered more by accidentally clicking the quantity button multiple times, you may reduce up to 50% of the total quantity by contacting us within 1 hour of order placement. 

  • Rejection of COD orders after processing may result in suspension of COD facility for future purchases.

  • Our policy is subject to change at any time. It is your responsibility to review the policy before placing an order to ensure you are aware of the most current terms and conditions.
