A2 cow ghee is a premium form of clear butter made from cow's milk that produces the A2 beta-casein protein. Unlike regular ghee, which is taken from A1 protein milk, A2 cow ghee is considered more easily digestible, making it soft on the stomach, offering a series of nutritional benefits. Indigenous Indian cow breeds such as Gir, Sahiwal and Lal Sindhi are naturally known to produce A2 milk, which is carefully processed to make this golden, aromatic ghee.

The preparation of A2 cow ghee involves boiling butter to separate the solids of milk from the fat. This process removes the residue of water and milk, which leaves the butter rich in pure nutrients.
