Product details
Avocado, known as "butter fruit" or "alligator pear", is a unique, nutrient-dense fruit native to Central America and Mexico. It contains a slightly thick outer green or dark purplish skin, depending on the variety. The Creamy, buttery texture inside is yellow-green with a large brown seed in the center. Unlike most fruits that are much in carbohydrates, avocados are primarily rich in healthy monounsaturated fats, making them distinct in their nutritional structure. The taste is mild, with a slightly nutty flavor, often described as rich and silky, allowing it to blend well in both savory and sweet dishes such as salads, smoothies, teas, and even desserts.

HEALTH BENEFITS
Aids in Absorption of Fat-soluble nutrients
Eating avocados increases the body's ability to absorb important fat-soluble vitamins like vitamins A, D, E, and K, as well as carotenoids such as beta-carotene and lycopene.
Bone Health Support
Avocados provide vitamins, magnesium, and fiber, which are essential for bone mineral density and calcium metabolism. Especially vitamin K is vital for bones protein synthesis and lowers fracture risk in older adults.
Supports hormonal balance
Avocado contains plant sterols and healthy fats that play a role in regulating the levels of cortisol (stress hormones) and support the production of hormones such as oestrogen, progesterone, and testosterone - for menstrual health, fertility, and general hormonal hormones.
