Enoki Mushroom is a thin, fragile mushroom that has extremely long stalks with minute white caps that grow in dense clusters – one of the most recognizable ingredients used in Asian cuisine. In Japanese, this mushroom is also known as Enokitake and has been an essential component of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines for many years. Even though it may be small in size, its taste and texture are exceptional.
