Having witnessed the market gap between what is produced by farmers and what is received by consumers, they envisioned a transparent bridge where purity, health, and sustainability meet.
It all started with a disturbing sight that left a lasting impression on Aanshi Patel, the founder and owner of Nuva Nutrition. While visiting a local wholesale market, she saw crates of raw bananas being dipped in toxic chemicals to accelerate their ripening process. The bright yellow colour that customers noticed on the outside was at the expense of invisible toxins inside. That moment ignited something beyond deep concern; it ignited a purpose. Aanshi understood that most consumers had no idea that the fruits and vegetables they took home had been produced using harmful methods. It was no longer about appearances or convenience; it was about health, honesty, and accountability. And so, Nuva Nutrition came into being to provide a cleaner, safer alternative.
Planting the Seeds – Securing Our Identity
To bring Nuva Nutrition to life, both digitally and physically, the initial step was to establish our distinctive online presence. We officially purchased our domain name, known as Nuva Nutrition. The word “Nuva” is derived from the Sanskrit word “Nava,” meaning fresh. Having "nuva.com" wasn't merely a step; it was a milestone that enabled us to establish our brand as our very own within the expansive digital universe.
Soon after this, we took the next essential step of Making It Legal, getting our GST Registration. Our GST registration number is prominently shown outside our office building, which showcases that we are ready to be accountable for our business. Getting the GST number was a very important milestone as it marked our entry into the business landscape. It not only reflects our legality as a registered business but also our dedication to doing things the right way from Day 1.
Each brand has a pulse, and ours is the Nuva logo. The green leaf on the letter "a" in “Nuva” symbolizes our strong bond with nature and fresh farm produce.
Our tagline, "rethink your food,” reflects our purpose of providing a new way of thinking about food, making the right choices for the healthy lifestyle that you deserve.
The real heartbeat of Nuva lies far in the city, in green farms of Sarsa. Our dedication to quality produce starts at the very source. The photo is a glimpse of our farm in Sarsa, where the fruits and vegetables' journey begins. It's not merely soil and crops, it's where purity springs.
